Pani, if they believe in Christ they are permanently saved, John 3:16. God then controls the situation. He will provide the means for them to escape, with or without some delay. But if they don't believe, they refuse His Deliverance. Can't obey God until you believe in God, and can't learn how to stop doing what God wills against, until He delivers you. For only God can enable all this, right? Since when could we humans obey of ourselves, Romans 8:1-10?

No, they CAN NOT keep it in secret, pretending they are muslims, and they CAN NOT read the bible. For having a bible in many muslim countries theres prison or death penalty. And remember they have to bow and hit the head against the floor for allah few times a day. God does not allow that EVER. You dont bow to satan,no matter what.
