we aint hatin on kanye cuz hes not rapping about money and shit. Honestly i like kanye, but not this CD and auto tune, hes a rapper turned singer. Yea he's doing something differnt, but a whole CD? I dont think its even that good lyrically. The auto-tune also masks his emotion, IMO.

Another voice of reason. I liked Kanye West cus he was different from other rappers at one time. He rapped about things other than being gangster and making money. Now you could say that he's a rapper turned singer but I don't like using the word singer. He uses the friggin auto tuner, anyone could sound good with an auto tuner. I've listened to a few songs and they sound pretty alike to me. I'm gonna keep listening to the rest but it seems like it might be a painful process...

Ok I listen to the same things you do and probably a very wide gender/artist, but i agree that this isnt his best. I definitely agree that College Dropout or Late Registration was his good stuff cuz he was so original and soulful.. but i like how hes attempting a change.. and when I think of change i go straight to this CD. Only 3 songs I like, but I love the concept. But think about it.. he wants a complete change.. but wants to take the electronic voice box...? Atleast hes tryin tho.
