No, it's about society destroying itself with war. The song is War Pigs by the way, not War of Pigs. Ozzy has a lot of songs that talk about war, like Killer of Giants for instance. The war pigs, as he calls them, are probably the governments and army leaders and he says tha eventually it's all gonna fall down because they'll have abused their power. Besides, do you really think they'd have put a satanic song in Guitar Hero?
